Day 1:

• Arrive 2:00pm onwards (welcome drink / snack on arrival)
• Free time to settle into accommodation
• 4:00pm Guided walk to Hidden Valley Lookout
• 5:30pm Opening Ceremony with Cacao Offering
• 7:00pm Dinner

Day 2:

• 8:00am Breakfast
• 9:00am Workshop 1 - FLOWER ESSENCE workshop with Sonia Ellery Naturopath
• Workshop 2 - FERMENTED FOOD 🤤 SOURDOUGH How to make sourdough - take home your own starter and information on how to care for your sourdough
• KOMBUCHA - How to?! Learn the art of kombucha creating also the benefits of this wonder drink
• 12:00pm Lunch
• 1:00pm - Workshop 3 CALM AND GROUND YOURSELF - BONSAI WORKSHOP, time to ground yourself and let your creative mind shine, take home your own bonsai that you lovingly created
• 3:00pm Workshop 4 - GUT HEALTH SEMINAR & THE LINK OF ITS IMPORTANCE TO YOUR IMMUNITY with Sonia Ellery Naturopath
• 5:00pm Guided Meditation 🧘‍♀️ with a Reiki Master Sonia Ellery
• 6:00pm Free time
• 7:00pm Dinner

Day 3:

• 8:00am Breakfast
• 9:00am Closing Ceremony
• 10:00am Head to Paluma for 11:00am High Tea - The Paluma Tea House @ The Ivy Cottage for a High Tea Experience to finish off a wonderful 3 days of nurture and relaxation

 Deluxe Rustic Cabin Features:

 Set apart from the main facilities is the newest accommodation. The Deluxe Rustic Cabins are ultra-spacious, with beautiful exposed hardwood timber, large bathroom with rain shower and toilet and luxurious queen bed. The room comes equipped with a fire place, cooking facilities and food storage, balcony and LCD TV with a video library.
