From the moment you arrive on Friday afternoon, you’ll be welcomed into a warm community atmosphere. The retreat features a variety of engaging activities aimed at building relationships and enhancing well-being. Families can explore picturesque trails during sunset bushwalks, participate in collaborative cooking sessions, and even embark on nocturnal safaris to discover local wildlife. These experiences are not only fun, but they also promote teamwork, creativity, and shared joy.
Throughout the weekend, participants will enjoy guided yoga sessions, breathwork workshops, and opportunities for meditation by the river or creek. Located in the main resort area are the original six cabins. The Rustic Cabins are cosy, with hardwood timber furniture, bathroom with shower and toilet and a double bed and two singles, perfect for a family or couple. The room comes equipped with tea and coffee, balcony with outdoor setting and esky for food storage.

Terms and Conditions for the Retreat Weekend
1. Booking and Payment:
• To secure your place at the retreat weekend, full payment is required 30 days prior to the event.
• Payment plans can be arranged upon request. Please contact us to discuss available options.
2. Refunds and Transfers:
• All payments made for the workshop are non-refundable and non-transferable. We encourage participants to ensure their availability prior to booking.
3. Cancellation and Postponement:
• In the event that Hidden Valley Cabins & Tours must cancel or postpone the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule the event. Participants will be notified promptly and will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date or apply it to a future workshop.
• Hidden Valley Cabins & Tours will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants due to cancellation or postponement.
4. Personal Belongings:
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the workshop. Hidden Valley Cabins & Tours, along with its employees and subcontractors, will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
5. Health and Safety:
• Participants are encouraged to disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their participation in the workshop.
• Hidden Valley Cabins & Tours reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant poses a risk to themselves or others.
6. Liability Waiver:
• By participating in the retreat weekend, participants agree to release Hidden Valley Cabins & Tours and its employees from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the event, including those resulting from negligence.
7. Code of Conduct:
• Participants are expected to treat each other and the facilitators with respect and kindness. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
8. Photography and Promotion:
• Participants consent to the use of their images and testimonials in promotional materials for Hidden Valley Cabins & Tours. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the facilitators at the start of the workshop.
9. Agreement:
• By booking your place in the Retreat Weekend, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
